          On the system I take care of there has always been a high number of devices failing is that common? I am running 2 here that had been taken out for replacement and so far they are fine (but then again they have only been active for a few hours). Unless a device is plain old dead or throwing nothing but timeouts should it be factory defaulted first as part of a trouble shooting process? I'm thinking; default, rebuild, download full, and reinitialize should probably be the first step with a questionable device.
