I have Powerhome beta version 1.03.4.9. How long should it take to download the core application to the PLC? When I first installed the software I seem to remember it took about 15 or 20 seconds. Now when I am trying to download the core application (I'm redoing my whole system) it takes 5 to 10 minutes. It eventually works, but I am worried there is a communications problem between the PC and the PLC.
Anyone have any ideas? I appreciate your help in advance.

It should normally only take about 45 seconds to a minute (the download and then the verify). Ive seen it take awhile sometimes myself and it usually clears up by shutting down PowerHome and verifying that the SDM shuts down as well. Unplugging the PLC for 15 seconds and then restarting everything. The PLC reset seems to be what does the trick.
